In case two equally suitable candidates are contending (being considered) for the same job role, hiring teams take into account a number of factors including team diversity.

Apart from talent acquisition and staffing solutions, we at e2e Infosys also provide IT consulting and resource planning. Within recruitment we also manage offers, negotiate salaries, take references and generally manage the entire hiring process from job posting to candidate joining. All this is included as part of the placement fee, which is paid on appointment of a candidate.

Our ‘Submit your application’ form on the website and our contact details remain the primary channels through which you submit your application.

Alternatively, you can also submit your application/ CVthrough our social media channels, emails and advertisements.

Yes! You can totally apply for as many roles as you can be considered suitable for. If you manage to get an offer from more than one of our clients; then the decision regarding which offer you accept will be yours.

No! We only share your CV and details with anemployer after we have spoken to you about the job role, the company and received your permission to do so.
